Spread over two floors, it features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen (both on the first floor, which is also the entrance level due to the hillside location), one bedroom, one bathroom, and a storage room on the lower floor (ground floor, accessible via an internal staircase). The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The property offers a small covered seating area and a balcony. Each guest receives a set of bed linen and one bath towel and hand towel per stay.
